The space

Although the home is spread out across three floors, the main living spaces are located on the top two levels (the main floor is the garage). On the second floor, you’ll find the living, dining, and kitchen along with an office and a bathroom. All bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the top floor, as is the fully-equipped laundry room.

Living, Dining, Working (2nd floor)
The main living space features a spacious living room, dining room, and office. This circular floor plan is open and filled with light coming from the surrounding windows. There is also a 200 sq. ft. partially covered balcony where you can get fresh air or enjoy a cup of morning coffee.

As soon as you walk through the entrance, you’ll enter the living and dining space. In the living room, you’ll find a couch, flat-screen TV, and electric fireplace. The dining room has a rustic, modern table with seating for up to 8 guests. And if you need to catch up on work, you’ll find an office behind the living room with two working desks and office chairs. A bathroom with a toilet, sink, and standing shower is also located on this floor.
