Interaction With Guests
We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry. Contact us now so we can begin arranging your perfect vacation!HouseRules
2- No parties/events.
3- No unregistered guests
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
4- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.
5- No pets allowed.
6- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost
8- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you
9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.
