It features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and even a small fenced backyard for outdoor entertainment. Whether you're here to relax or to work (each bedroom has its own working desk), you'll have everything you need when you stay with us.

The fully upgraded kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. It comes equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave), solid wood cabinets, and granite slab countertops. And it's connected to the main living space via a pass-through window, so you can still watch TV or chat with friends while you cook.

Dining/Living Room
On the main floor of the home, you'll find the open dining and living room space. Centered around the oversized sectional sofa, the living room has enough seats for everyone to get comfy. If you're traveling with extra guests, you can convert the sofa into a double bed.
The dining room (with table seating for 4) is also located in the same room, so you can chat over meals or catch the game on TV when you please! Off the living room is the small backyard. Walk through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the fresh air while you fire up the BBQ or enjoy a cup of coffee.

Bedroom & Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the home. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a dedicated working desk. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with its own working desk too. Both bedrooms share a full bath on the same floor. However, a separate half bath can also be found on the main floor next to the living and dining area.

2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10PM – 7AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning cost.
6- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off lights and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.
7- If you forget personal belongs and request host to ship it back, it will be $50 plus actual shipping cost.
8- No access to mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your amazon order delivered to a nearby amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
