House Rules
1- No parties/events.
2- No unregistered guests
*Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.
4- Pets allowed with fee per stay.
5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
*Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
6- No access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building
7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost.
8- Check out procedure:
- Return all clean kitchen items to their original locations you found.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash & put it in the outside bins on the side of the garage. Please, push the bins to the curb by Wednesday evening for Thursday collection.
- Turn off all lights and heating/cooling.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.
10- No access to the USPS mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mails/packages for you.
11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee

✔ The two wood-burning fireplaces downstairs are beautiful decorative features and are NOT for guest use.
✔ 3 parking spots are available in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
