1- Guest will walk about 20 steps of stairs from parking spots to house

2- No AC but we provide fans.

3- All bedrooms are upstairs.

HouseRules

1- No parties/events

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside, including candles or incense.

4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

5- No pet or animals.

Any violations of 1-5 will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.

- Place all used towels in the washer and start a load.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

- Turn off lights and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.

9- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.

10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence
