Guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy the entire middle unit. Additionally, revel in the comfort of a spacious deck for BBQ night, perfect for relaxing moments with families.
Important Information regarding your rental unit:
1- Access: Please be aware that access to the unit requires climbing stairs.
2- Shared Space: Kindly note that there is rental studio on the upper floor, which has its own entrance and is occupied by a separate group. You may experience some noise from upstairs. Thank you for your understanding.
3- Parking: Ample street parking is available for your convenience.
4- Occupancy: While our property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, please be advised that it is optimized for the best experience with 3 occupants due to the presence of only 1 bathroom.
5- Construction: the bottom unit is currently under construction. For your safety and protection, please refrain from walking in that area.
****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of 1-4 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
6- Check out procedure:
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Turn off all lights and adjust thermostats if needed
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
7- Please, push outside trash bins to the street side by Thursday night for Friday pickup.
8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your amazon order delivered to a nearby amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
