House Rules
1- No parties/events. 2- No unregistered guests *Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises. 3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside. 4- No pets allowed. 5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. 6-No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost 8- Check out procedure: - Run the dishwasher if needed. - Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin. - Turn off all lights. - Close and lock all windows and doors 9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is $50 charge plus shipping cost. 10- Parking is on the driveway or on the street. The garage is not available for guests 11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 12-if a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.

1. This home was built in the 1940s and retains its original architecture and vintage charm.You may notice some creaks, drafts, or other quirks typical of a well-aged home—these are part of its unique character.
2. As with many older homes, a subtle “old house” scent may be present.
3. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
4. Please note that the hot tub and BBQ on the back deck are not available for guest use.
5. There is no central air conditioning; fans are provided during warmer months for your comfort.
6. There are an exterior camera and a few interior sensors for temprature, flood and motion.
