Guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy the entirety of the main house, with the exception of 1 upstairs closet, 1 upstairs room and the garage - all designated for the owner's personal storage.

In Sammamish, having a car is typically the most convenient way to get around, especially for accessing various amenities and attractions within the city and surrounding areas. However, there are alternative transportation options available for those who prefer not to drive or do not have access to a car. - Bus route 269 - Uber and Lyft

Notes

1-All bedrooms are located on the upper level for your convenience.

2-Kindly refrain from using the two wood-burning fireplaces situated in the living and family rooms for your safety.

3-Access to the garage is restricted for guests; however, driveway parking is available for your convenience.

HouseRules

1- No parties/events

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.

4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

5- No pets or animals due to owner's allergies

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all your trash and recycle and deposit them in the outside bins.

- Turn off all lights and turn the thermostat to 50

- Close and lock all the windows and doors.

8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.

9- 3 parking spots are on the driveway
