Convenient self check-in system gives you flexibility. Guests have access to the entire condo unit and amenities of the secured-entry building including:

1- Pool Table and TV Lounge are on the first floor next to the lobby. Access can be arranged with the concierge.

2- Rooftop deck offering great views of Seattle and a seating area. You will need your Key Fob to access the rooftop. Hours are 7am-10pm.

3- Laundry facility on the 2nd floor (North side, 2nd last door on your right side, $1.75 for washer and $1.75 for dyer, pay cash or phone app.)

4- Trash and recycle on the 4th floor (outside through Exit door). Key Fob is needed.

We are centrally located just steps from the Convention Center, Pacific Place, and Westlake Center & station. The condo is also within walking distance to the heart of Downtown, Pike Place Market, the Seattle waterfront as well as Capitol Hill. Light rail is a 10 minute walk to and from airport, International District/China Town, University of Washington and Pioneer Square. It is 1.3 mile to Space Needle. Monorail is available at Westlake center (2nd floor) to take you to Seattle Center/Space Needle.

Parking is NOT included with this condo, though there is often availability at nearby lots or at the metered curb.

Things to know

House Rules

1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.

2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises.

3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the building common area.

4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

5- No pets/animals allowed

6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building

*Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement.

8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost

9- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labelling.

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

10- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship it back, it will be $50 plus actual shipping cost.

11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee

Special Notes

1- The condo is conveniently located in an urban environment and guests may hear noise and traffic from the streets below as would be the case in most large cities. From our experience, disruption is minimal, particularly when the windows are closed, but every guest may be different

2- Parking is not included. There are limited street parking in front of the building or overnight parking in WA state Convention parking garages or Freeway parking garage next to it.

3- Each unit is equipped with an individual heating control knob; however, the maximum temperature is regulated by the building's HOA. We provide a portable heater for your comfort.

4-The Elektra is a 16-story high-rise built in 1949 and remodeled in 1997. While not brand-new or modern, it offers vintage charm and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

5- There is no central AC but we will provide 2 portable ACs

****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
