Upstairs, you'll discover an additional living area adorned with a large window that invites an abundance of natural light and picturesque views into the space. Complete with a comfortable sofa, a TV and a foosball, this area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment for all ages.

The spacious 8-person formal dining set serves as the centerpiece for memorable gatherings, where friends and family can come together to enjoy delectable meals in an elegant setting. In addition, an extra 6-person table provides additional seating options, ensuring ample room for everyone to comfortably dine and relish in each other's company.

Connected to the first-floor bedroom is an ensuite spa-like bathroom, adorned with a rejuvenating jacuzzi, a refreshing stand shower, and an elegant vanity mirror. This private oasis invites you to unwind and pamper yourself in a tranquil atmosphere. Conveniently located off the living room on the first floor, there is also a half bathroom, equipped with a toilet and a vanity mirror, ensuring convenience for both residents and guests.

As you ascend to the second floor, you'll discover two more inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed and two twin bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space for families or larger groups.
