Things to know

House Rules

1- No parties/events.

2- No unregistered guests

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.

4- No pets allowed.

5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin in the back alley( accessible through the backyard fence gate. do not move bins.

- Turn off all lights.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

- Turn off AC split units

8- If you forget personal belongings and request to ship them back, it is a $50 charge plus the actual shipping cost.

9. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboard, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.

10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

Special Notes

1- This is a 3 story townhome in an urban environment. The main living room is on the second floor so guests will need to climb stairs.

2- There are 3 AC mini-splits on the second and top floor rooms. There is no AC on the first floor. We find that it is not too hot in the first/ground floor during summer. We also provide portable fans for your comfort.

3- Gas fireplace is a little tricky to turn on and off. You will need to open the bottom panel of the fireplace and light the pilot.

4- Garage and driveway parking are for up to 3 cars. Street parking is limited.

5- Please, help take the outside bins to the curb on Sunday evening for Monday collection.
