House Rules
1- No parties/events
2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10PM – 7AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- Max 2 animals are allowed with a fee of $150/animal or $300 for both.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
7- Check out procedure:
- Return all clean kitchen items to their original locations you found.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bins.
- Turn off lights and turn down heating/cooling.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
8- Left behind personal belongings requesting the host to ship it back will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.

1- This is a 3-story townhouse so there are stairs to climb and you may hear the neighbor's noise sometimes.
2- Parking can be difficult. Here are 3 parking options
#1 Street parking on Albion Pl / Whitman.
#2 Limited parking on alleyway between Albion Pl and Whitman. There are 4 floating spaces.
#3 If car is compact, the car could come down the narrow steep hill, turn left, then park in the garage. WARNING: The driveway is narrow. We do NOT recommend non-compact cars to use this option.
