This spacious 3,376-square-foot home features an open floor plan with modern furnishings and enough room for 11 adults. The large center island has bar seating for three, making it the perfect gathering space. You'll love that the 8-person dining area is open to the kitchen, allowing you to talk with your guests while you prep something delicious!

Living Room

You and your guests will love spending your evenings curled up on the couches of this cozy living room. There's a gas fireplace, a big-screen TV, and even a working desk (if you need to study or catch up on emails). The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, so you can still mingle with others while watching the game or a movie!

A separate living area is also located on the first floor of the home. With a TV, a working desk, and access to the back deck, this room is a great hangout for kids or those needing a bit more privacy. The couch can also convert into a Queen bed if you need to accommodate more guests.

In total, this house has 1 bedroom on the first floor (and a convertible sleeper sofa in the first floor living room) and 3 on the top floor.

On the top floor, you'll find the master suite with a King bed, a Queen room, and a bunk bedroom with 3 twins. The master suite is arguably one of the best rooms in the house. It has a modern 5-piece en-suite bathroom, and its very own private deck, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the fresh breeze of the morning.

There is also a full bath on the first floor as well as a full bath on the top floor (in addition to the master bathroom). A half bath is also located on the second floor.

Guests will have access to the entire home.



1- Although the home is close to I90, you will hardly hear the traffic noise inside when all doors and windows are closed

2- The ground floor's in-law suite features a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom which is convenient for those with mobility issue or need a bit more privacy. Up to 4 people can sleep here.

3- We can accommodate up to 2 pets with a pet fee of $150/pet. Please, ask.

4- The left road (easement) facing the house is private. Please, do not go there.


1- No parties/events

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.

4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

5- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all your trash and recycle and deposit them in the outside bins.

- Turn off all lights and turn the thermostat to 50

- Close and lock all the windows and doors.

8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.

9- 2 parking spots are on the driveway

10- Up to 2 animals and pets are allowed with $150/pet. Please let us know how many pets will you have. We may need to request an extra pet fee from you.

When you stay with us, you are covered with damage protection for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the Damage Waiver fee in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For detail of the coverage, please visit:
