This house presents 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, while the master suite resides the entire upper floor. The master suite stands as a sanctuary, featuring a corner jacuzzi that offers serene views of Lake Washington. Revel in the cozy ambiance by the fireplace, and take advantage of the walk-in closet and TV for your entertainment. The first bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with 3 bunk beds, ideal for your little ones to create unforgettable memories. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable rest. Completing the ground floor amenities is a full bathroom, shared by the two bedrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

Guests are warmly welcomed to enjoy the entire main house, which is accessible through the main entrance. Meanwhile, the owner resides in the basement with a separate entrance and is available to assist guests when needed.

The property boasts a prime location, situated just 9 miles from both SeaTac Airport and downtown Seattle, and a mere 4 miles from downtown Renton. While having a car may be preferable for convenience, guests also enjoy easy access to transportation alternatives such as buses, Uber, and Lyft services, providing flexible commuting options to explore the surrounding areas

House Rules
1- No parties/events
2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of 1-5 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
6- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin in the back alley( accessible through the backyard fence gate. do not move bins.
- Turn off all lights.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off AC split units
7- If you forget personal belongings and request to ship them back, it is a $50 charge plus the actual shipping cost.
8. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboard, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.
9- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

Special Notes
1-Steep stairs to the upper floor: The master suite, located in the upper level, is accessible via steeper stairs due to the original construction of the home in 1937.
2-Lower Ceiling in the upper floor: The area has a lower ceiling compared to the rest of the main house, which is typical of older homes.
3-There is a staircase from the driveway to the front door
4- Up to 2 pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150/pet-stay or $300 for both
5- Kids are welcome at our home but will need adult supervision
