This newer 901 sq ft townhome in the Central District is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. On-street parking is available, although it can be difficult during peak times. You’ll be within walking distance to some of Seattle’s best eateries and cafes. Public transportation is also located nearby. A PCC grocery store is within minutes of walk provides many organic and deli options.

The cozy main living space on the first floor has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room. You will have access to the entire townhouse



The house is located 1.5 miles from downtown Seattle. Hop on bus #2 go west followed by a short walk can take you pretty close to Pike Place market and Seattle's famous waterfront. Bus #2 go east can take you down to Madrona beach with a view of lake Washington. 10 mins walk south to Garfiled play field and kids playground and Medgar Evers Pool for a dip in the water. call to check pool schedules before coming. Washington state currently has mask mandate on all indoor places, including grocery stores, restaurants and on buses. King County public pool typically requires vaccine proof (digital or hard copy) for people age 12 and up, or you will not be able to get it.

4 - Guests are welcomed to help with trash bins put out on collection day (Wed Night for Thursday collection)

5- AC is now available on 2nd floor, in addition to first and third floor.

Interaction With Guests

We would like to give our guest some room of their own. Cohost can be reached via phone or text(preferred). Info is on welcome board inside the house.


1- No parties/events

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or in the balcony, including candles or incense.

4- No animals: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not allow any animals.

5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning cost.

7- Check out procedure:

- Return all clean kitchen items to their original locations you found.

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bins.

- Turn off all lights.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

- Turn off heating/cooling and dial all wall heating meters down to 65 degrees in winter months.

- Push outside trash and recycle bins to street side if you check out on a Wednesday.

8- Left behind personal belongs requesting host to ship it back will be $50 plus actual shipping cost.

9- Free Parking is on the street, typically available within a few blocks.

10. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboards, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.

11- No access to mailbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

When you stay with us, you are covered with damage protection for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the Damage Waiver fee in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For detail of the coverage, please visit:
