Wall AC units are on first and third floor as well as a portable AC on second floor queen bedroom. Bunk bed room currently has no AC but two fans. It could be cooled with Queen bedroom Ac on and fan on to blow cold air into the bunk bed room through hallway.
On-street parking is available, although it can be difficult during peak times. Fortunately, you won’t need a car considering you’ll be within walking distance to some of Seattle’s best eateries and cafes. Public transportation is also located nearby. A PCC grocery store is within minutes of walk provides logs of organic options and deli.

The cozy main living space on the first floor has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room. 4 - Guests are welcome to help with trash bins put out on collection day (Wed Night for Thursday collection)
5 - First and third floor harming splits heating/cooling wall unit. Second floor queen bed room has 1 portable AC. Bunk bed room has two small fans but no AC.

2- No unregistered guests
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.
4- No pets allowed.
5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
7- Check out procedure:
- return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Turn off all lights.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off heating/cooling and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.
- Push outside trash and recycle bins to the street side if you check out on a Wednesday.
8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- free Parking is on the street, typically available within a few blocks.
10. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboard, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.
11- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
