Space
The Space
As soon as you walk through the door, you'll notice the open floor plan and large open windows looking out onto the ocean (Mt. Rainier can also be seen on a clear day). Whether you're enjoying a movie on the big screen, playing a game of foosball or pool, or simply lounging in the reading nook enjoying the water views, this open is guaranteed to be your beach-side oasis.
Living Room
With a water-view living room, reading nook lounge, and separate entertainment area, you'll have plenty of places where you can relax. The main living area and reading nook are located in the center of the house and look directly out onto the ocean. Behind this space is a separate entertainment room with a 70-inch screen TV, fireplace, couch, and sleeping futon. You'll also find a foosball and pool table where you can host a game night with friends and family.

Kitchen and Dining
You'll find an open kitchenette in the main living area with a mini-fridge, microwave, and separate wine/drink fridge. It comes stocked with dinnerware and extra appliances for meal prep. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or the dining table next to the kitchenette.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 2 main bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen) in this unit. An additional queen-size futon is located in the entertainment room that can accommodate 2 more people. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower to be shared amongst the guests.
As a bonus, you'll also have access to a private steam room where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Exploring Longbranch and its surrounding areas is convenient when you have a car. The property offers easy access to major roads, making travel around the Key Peninsula and to nearby cities straightforward. A 0.3 mile from the property, you'll find the boat launch site so you can explore the magnificent waters of Puget Sound.Notes

You have exclusive access to the lower-level unit; the upper-level unit may be rented to another group.
Hot tub will be shared between 2 groups.
HouseRules
1- No parties/events
2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- Pets are allowed for a fee of $199/pet per stay. Maximum of 2 pets.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
7- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Place all used towels in the washer and start a load.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off lights and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.
8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- Parking is on the driveway.
