With a water-view living room, reading nook lounge, and separate entertainment area, you'll have plenty of places where you can relax. The main living area and reading nook are located in the center of the house and look directly out onto the ocean.
Behind this space is a separate entertainment room with a 70-inch screen TV, fireplace, couch, and sleeping futon. You'll also find a foosball and pool table where you can host a game night with friends and family.

Things to Do in Longbranch
Longbranch is located on the Key Peninsula an hour from the Seattle-Tacoma airport. A grocery store is located 7-minutes by car, although more restaurants and shops can be found a few miles north.
Downtown Tacoma is only 40 minutes away. Here, you'll find the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, the Tacoma Dome event center, and the LeMay Car Museum.

This is a three level home so there are stairs. However, the ground floor area has a kitchenette, living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
HouseRules
1- No parties/events
2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
7- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Place all used towels in the washer and start a load.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off lights and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.
8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- Parking is on the driveway.
