House Rules

1- No parties/events. 2- No unregistered guests *Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises. 3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside. 4- No pets allowed. 5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. 6-No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost 8- Check out procedure: - Run the dishwasher if needed. - Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin. - Turn off all lights. - Close and lock all windows and doors 9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is $50 charge plus shipping cost. 10- Parking is on the driveway or on the street. The garage is not available for guests 11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 12-if a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.
