House Rules
1- No parties/events.
2- No unregistered guests
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.
4- No pets allowed.
5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost
7- Check out procedure:
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Turn off all lights.
- Push the checkout button to inform us.
- Close and lock all windows and doors
8- Put garbage, recycling, and compost in the correct bins and take the outside bins to the curb by Sunday night for Monday pickup.
9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.
10- Parking is on the driveway or the street. The garage is not available for guests.
11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.
