Mercer Island is also served by multiple bus routes and a Park-and-Ride facility, offering convenient public transportation options. The island's pedestrian-friendly streets are perfect for exploring nearby parks, eateries, and shops on foot. Cyclists will enjoy the network of bike paths and trails. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, as well as local taxis, are readily available for quick trips. This central location and diverse transportation options ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

All bedrooms are upstairs too

No garage access. The garage is used as storage for the homeowner and is not accessible to guests.

The entry door has a keyless lock, so guests can check-in at their convenience and come and go as they please.

HouseRules

1- No parties/events.

2- No unregistered guests

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.

4- No pets allowed.

5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost

7- Check out procedure:

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.

- Turn off all lights.

- Push the checkout button to inform us.

- Close and lock all windows and doors

8- Put garbage, recycling, and compost in the correct bins and take the outside bins to the curb by Sunday night for Monday pickup.

9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.

10- Parking is on the driveway or the street. The garage is not available for guests.

11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.
