Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the second floor, retreat to a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and panoramic views of the bay—the perfect spot to sip morning coffee while the sunrise reflects on the water. A half bathroom on this floor adds extra convenience for guests.
Upstairs on the third floor, another queen suite offers a private ensuite bathroom and sweeping water views that make every morning feel like a postcard. Down the hall, the bunk room features two full-over-full beds (sleeps 4, and up to 2 additional children may stay if they share a bed with adults)—a cozy, fun space ideal for kids or families. A full bathroom just outside the room makes it easy for everyone to unwind after a day of island adventure.

House Rules
1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.
2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. An additional fee of $20 per unregistered guest per day will apply.
3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony.
4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
5- Only 2 pet is allowed with a $150 pet fee.
6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building
*Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement.
8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost
9-Check out procedure:
-Run the dishwasher if needed.
-Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.
-Turn off all the lights.
-Close and lock all windows and doors
10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.
11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.

Special Notes
1-The three-car garage is best suited for compact vehicles. The garage door clearance is 7 feet, so it cannot accommodate taller vehicles.
2-For vehicles over 7 feet high, parking is available outside the garage and at the Public Beach parking lot, located 0.2 miles from the property.
3-If you’re driving a vehicle taller than 7 feet, please note that you’ll need to go further down the road to turn around.
4-The home accommodates up to 8 adults. Up to 2 additional children may stay if they share a bed with adults; a $20 per child per stay fee applies.
5-Pets are welcome — up to 2 pets with a $150 per pet fee (or $300 total for two).
6-All bedrooms are located on the second and third floors, and there are stairs throughout the home.
