Built in 1904 some original charm and flare cane be found throughout, specifically the bathroom.

Here, you can browse through a vibrant selection of farm-fresh produce, artisanal goods, and more. House Rules
1- No parties/events
2- No unregistered guests
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet.
5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of 1-5 will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
7- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off lights and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.
8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

2- Street parking can be challenging depending on the time.
3- Keep in mind this is a 10-unit apartment building in an urban area so you may hear the neighbors and city noise.
4- A laundry room across the hallway with 2 sets of washers and dryers are shared among guests and residents.
5- The building was built in 1904 to serve as the first ferry dock. You will see some original charming features especially in the bathroom.
**For stays of 30 days or longer, we require guests to complete a background check and sign an extended stay agreement.**
