The top-floor apartment is 950-square feet and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen and living area, and an outdoor deck. You'll enter the apartment up the stairs through the main door. There is an additional staircase with a locked door leading to the downstairs unit, which has its own separate entrance.

Kitchen & Dining

You won't have to worry about getting take-out each night when you have a full kitchen. It comes stocked with everything you need to cook, including all appliances, dishware, and utensils. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, which can seat up to 4 diners. In between the kitchen and dining room is a sliding glass door that leads to the outdoor deck.

Living Room

With bright windows bringing in tons of sunlight, the living room is one of our favorite rooms in the house! Snuggle up on the sectional sofa reading a book, watching TV, or just enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. The sofa can also turn into a full sofa bed if you have additional guests that are staying.

Bedrooms & Bathroom

The home has two bedrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen room. The Queen room is a bit more spacious and contains a working desk, although both rooms have closets and tons of natural light! Next to the bedrooms is a full-sized bathroom. It has a shower/tub combo, a toilet, and double vanity sinks. We also stock the apartment with luxury linens, towels, and toiletries to make you feel right at home.

Outdoor Space (deck)

For a breath of fresh air, head to the deck just off the dining area. It’s the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon drink.

Accommodations for small children: A pack and play in master bedroom, booster seat with washable food tray/cover, plastic kids dishes ( bowls, plates, cups).

Guests have access to the entire upper unit. Please note, there may be other guests staying downstairs during your stay so some noise may travel between units. The back yard is shared between the 2 units.

With a prime location just 1.8-miles (5-minute drive) from SeaTac Airport, this apartment is perfect for early or late flights. Downtown Seattle is also just 10 miles away. There are many other attractions nearby, including the SeaTac Disc Golf Course (.5 miles), the SeaTac Botanical Gardens (.5 miles), the Rainier Country Club (1.5 miles), and the Westfield Mall (3.5 miles). Grocery stores like Safeway and Fred Meyer are also a short drive away, as are downtown Burien and the Tukwila Light Rail.

Things to know

House Rules

1- No parties/events

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.

4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

5- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

6- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Turn off all lights.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

7- Please, push outside trash bins to the street side by Thursday night for Friday pickup.

8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.

9- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

Special Notes

1- There are a few exterior steps to the front door and an interior stairs to the unit.

2- The unit is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time

3- This is a duplex, and the lower unit may be occupied by other guests. Some noise may travel between units.

4- Please park on your designated parking spots: 2 spots on the right side of the house. The left parking spots are reserved for the lower unit.

5- No washer and dryer

6- No access to thermostat as there is only 1 located downstairs. We provide extra space heathers and fans.

7- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard. We are in the process of fixing them up.

****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
