House Rules
1- No parties/events.
2- No unregistered guests
*Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
* Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- Pets are not allowed.
6-No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building
7- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
8- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin (do not move bins).
- Turn off all lights.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
9- If you forget personal belongings and request to ship them back, it is a $50 charge plus the actual shipping cost.
10. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboard, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.
11-To park, pull into the driveway and park in the one-car garage located on the right side of the property. If you have another car, please park in the additional space on the driveway.
12- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
13-If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.

Special Notes
1-The owner lives in the main house upstairs. They are available to assist with any needs
2- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated due to the homeowner’s allergies.
3- The unit is heated by the home’s central system, with an additional space heater in the living room for extra comfort. Being a ground-floor suite, it stays naturally cool in the summer, so air conditioning is not necessary.
4- Please note that the unit only has a kitchenette including mini fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, air fryer and and a sink. There is no stove, oven or dishwasher.
