House Rules

1- No parties or events during your stay.

2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. An additional fee of $20 per unregistered guest per day will apply.

3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony.

4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

5- For pets, only dogs are allowed, up to 2, no cats. Pet fee is $150 per pet or $300 for two.

* Violations of these guidelines may incur a charge of up to $500, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.

6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building

*Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement.

8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost.

9- Check out procedure:

-Run the dishwasher if needed.

-Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.

-Turn off all lights.

-Close and lock all windows and doors

10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.

11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.

- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water

- All bedrooms are located upstairs.

- A maximum of two pets are allowed. There is a fee of $150 per pet or $300 for two pets.

- The detached garage at the back is reserved for owner storage and is not available for guests. Guests can park in the driveway.

- The property features skylights in the bathroom and main living area. Please note that there are no blinds for these skylights.

-The property is close to West Lake Sammamish Parkway so there may be road noise if windows are open.

-Driveway from West Lake Sammamish Parkway to house is very steep so can be challenging when it is snowy
