The second bedroom on the third floor features a bunk bed, perfect for young ones. Another bathroom with a toilet is conveniently located on this floor, and a pack & play is available in the bathroom closet.

Our house is conveniently located just 1.6 miles from downtown Seattle. You can hop on bus #2 heading west, followed by a short walk, to reach Pike Place Market and Seattle's famous waterfront. If you take bus #2 heading east, you can visit Madrona Beach and enjoy stunning views of Lake Washington. Within a few minutes' walk from our property, you'll also find a delightful array of local restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring and indulging in the city's culinary and retail offerings.

Notes

1- Street parking can be challenging depending on the time of day.

2- No Central AC but we provided 2 portable ACs.

HouseRules

1- No parties/events

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.

4- No animals: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not allow any animals.

5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of 1-5 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin in the back alley( accessible through the backyard fence gate. do not move bins.

- Turn off all lights.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

- Turn off AC split units

8- If you forget personal belongings and request to ship them back, it is a $50 charge plus the actual shipping cost.

9. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboard, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.

10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
