Guests are welcome to enjoy the entirety of the townhouse, with the exception of a ground floor closet and garage, which will be reserved for the owner's personal belongings.

1- While there's no central AC, we do provide fans for your comfort.

2- Please note that street parking is the only option available, which can occasionally be challenging to find.

3- Keep in mind that with open windows and doors, there may be some traffic noise.

4- As a 3-story townhouse, be prepared for stairs throughout your stay.

****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.


1- No parties/events.

2- No unregistered guests

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.

4- No pets allowed.

5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin in the back alley( accessible through the backyard fence gate. do not move bins.

- Turn off all lights.

- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.

8- If you forget personal belongings and request to ship them back, it is a $50 charge plus the actual shipping cost.

9. Recycling is mandatory in Seattle for clean plastic and glass bottles, paper, cardboard, plastic containers, paper cups, etc.

10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.

When you stay with us, you are covered with damage protection for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the Damage Waiver fee in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For detail of the coverage, please visit:
