The living room is decorated with lively colors and furnished with multiple comfortable seating arrangements. The king-sized bed with soft linens makes it so easy to stay in bed longer. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals or storing and re-heating leftovers from one of the many nearby establishments.

With walk score of 98, the apartment is centrally located where Capitol Hill meets Downtown Seattle. Guests have access to the entire condo unit and amenities of the secured-entry building including:
1- Pool Table and TV Lounge are on the first floor next to the lobby. Access can arranged with the concierge.
2- Rooftop deck offering great views of Seattle and a seating area. You will need your Key Fob to access the rooftop. Hours are 7am-10pm.
3- Laundry facility on the 2nd floor
4- Trash and recycle on the 4th floor (outside through Exit door). Key Fob is needed.
1- The condo is conveniently located in an urban environment and guests may hear noise and traffic from the streets below as would be the case in most large cities. From our experience, disruption is minimal, particularly when the windows are closed, but every guest may be different
2- Parking is not included. There are are limited street parking in front of the building or overnight parking in WA state Convention parking garages
3- Each unit is equipped with an individual heating control knob; however, the maximum temperature is regulated by the building's HOA. We provide a portable heater for your comfort.
4-The unit is non-smoking, but please note that the neighboring unit has a smoker. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide an air purifier.
****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
1- Check-in 4 pm-11 pm
2- Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
3- No parties or events: We will charge a $200 fine and ask you to leave without a refund.
4- No unregistered guests or excessive noise: If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if we receive information about excessive noise, we will charge a $200 fine and ask you to leave without a refund.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. We will charge a $200 fine and ask you to leave without a refund.
6- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside, including candles or incense in the unit, on any balcony, or anywhere in the building. We will charge a $200 fine and ask you to leave without a refund.
7- No animals: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not allow any animals. We will charge a $200 fine and ask you to leave without a refund.
8- Excess cleaning and damages/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost
9- Failure to leave the apartment key or building fob at check out will result in a $100 charge per item.
10- Check out procedure:
- Wash dishes or run the dishwasher if needed
- Leave 2 sets of keys and fobs on the counter
- Close and lock the door on your way out.
11- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.
