Combining the rustic charm of a cabin and the modern amenities of a luxury home, this rental is your home away from home. Warm wood paneling is located in all the rooms, which are spread out across two separate floors. The second floor features the main living space and a Queen bedroom, while the top floor is reserved for the King suite.
Living Room
With soaring cathedral ceilings and sky-high panoramic windows, the living room on the main floor is the best room in the house. There is a big-screen TV above the fireplace, although who needs entertainment when you have a magnificent view of the Puget Sound and Mt. Rainer?

Kitchen and Dining
Cooking meals during your stay is a breeze with the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is included with your stay, including all cutlery, dishes, and cooking utensils. A peep-hole kitchen window lets in natural light and doubles as a breakfast bar.
Off the kitchen, you'll find a formal dining room with a table for 6 guests. A sliding door opens out onto the outdoor terrace, where you can lounge or enjoy a meal in nature.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
One bedroom is a Queen-size bed is located on the second floor. The sofa in the living room can also convert into a bed to accommodate more guests. The second-floor bathroom has a toilet and a soaking tub (but no shower).
The master loft is on the third floor and comes with a King-size bed, twin day bed, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. And in case you need to work, there is also a desk where you can set up your computer. The master also has a small balcony that faces inland.

Things to Do in Longbranch
Longbranch is located on the Key Peninsula an hour from the Seattle-Tacoma airport. A grocery store is located 7-minutes by car, although more restaurants and shops can be found a few miles north.
Downtown Tacoma is only 40 minutes away. Here, you'll find the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, the Tacoma Dome event center, and the LeMay Car Museum.

1- No parties/events
2- No unregistered guests.
** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.
3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.
4- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
Any violations of 1-4 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
5- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.
7- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Place all used towels in the washer and start a load.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
- Turn off lights and dial all wall heating meters down to 60 degrees.
8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- Parking is on the driveway.
