This three-story home is ideal for a large family reunion, offering both communal and private spaces. The top two floors have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and share a kitchen, dining room, and living area.

The lower unit has 2 bedrooms and its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is also a spacious living area with a fireplace and a separate entertainment room with a 70-inch screen TV, pool and foosball table, and private steam room.

Both units have their own private terraces that face the ocean. On a clear day, you can even see Mt. Rainer in all its glory!

Living Rooms

The main living area on the second floor is likely where you'll be spending most of your time. From here, you'll enjoy spectacular ocean views from almost every angle. The open floor plan is illuminated by the bright windows and vaulted cathedral ceilings paneled with rich wood.

If you're craving a bit of entertainment, then head downstairs. In addition to the massive 70-inch screen TV, there is also a full-size pool table and foosball table to keep you occupied. And if you need some rest and relaxation, then you can enjoy a soothing evening in the spa-like steam room.

Dining Rooms

With two main dining rooms (1st and 2nd floors), breakfast bars, and spacious outdoor terraces, you'll have a difficult time deciding where to enjoy your meals. For formal meals, we recommend either of the dining rooms, which have tables that can seat up to 6.

Kitchens

You can easily whip up your own meals for friends and family in the full kitchen located on the second floor. You'll have everything you need at your disposal for cooking, including all dishes, cookware, and utensils. The house also has a kitchenette on the first floor, with a mini fridge and a microwave, where you can easily craft light snacks to enjoy while having a game of foosball.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The lower-level apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 King). There are also 2 Sofa beds in the living room. The rooms in this unit share a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also available.

The second floor has 1 Queen bedroom next to the kitchen and living room. A sofa can also convert into a bed for extra guests. There is also a ¾ bathroom with a toilet and soaking tub.

The lofted master suite is a spacious area with a King with a separate daybed/lounge area, office, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

-2nd floor:1 Queen bed, 1 Queen Futon, ¾ bath
