Open through the front door on the left side, you enter the guest suite equipped with a comfy king-size bed, a sitting area by the bay window, a working desk and small microwave & fridge. The bedroom also has a roomy closet for your belongings. Down the hall, you will find a bathroom with a shower, towels and toiletries. This space has everything you need for a short stay.

You will have access to the entire guest suite which is attached to the main house. The guest suite has its own entrance.

When you stay here, you'll be right in the heart of Mercer Island (1 mile to I-90 and 6 miles to downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue). You're also within walking distance (1/2 miles) of multiple parks, including Mercerdale Park, Homestead Filed, and Clise Park, as well as numerous grocery stores like Metropolitan Market and QFC. There are several shops, coffee shops, and restaurants located several blocks away. From the home, there are also several public beaches within a 1-mile radius (Calkins Point Sand Beach is a local favorite).Amenities

House Rules
1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.
2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. An additional fee of $20 per unregistered guest per day will apply.
3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony.
4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
5- No pets or animals are allowed.
* Violations of these guidelines may incur a charge of $500, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building
*Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement.
8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost
9- Check out procedure:
- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labelling.
- Run the dishwasher if needed.
- Collect all trash and place it in the outside bin.
- Place all used towels in the washer and start a load.
- Close all windows and lock all exterior doors.
10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.
11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.
