Kitchen
The light-filled mid-century design kitchen is a chef's dream. With high-end stainless steel appliances, butcher-block & granite countertops, and all required cookware and utensils, you can cook whatever your heart desires during your stay. On top of that, the kitchen is large and spacious, so everyone can lend a helping hand during mealtime!

Living & Dining
As one of the best rooms in the house, the open living and dining room is the perfect space for entertaining. Grab a spot on the plush sofa in front of the TV, curl up with a good book by the window, or chat with friends around the table while the fireplace crackles in the background. This space also opens up to the sunny deck outdoors, where you can enjoy lush forest views of the backyard.
Besides the breakfast area in the main living space, there's also a separate formal dining room attached to the kitchen. An additional living space is also located on the lower floor, as well as a yoga/exercise room.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master king suite is located on the main floor of the home. Stay here and enjoy the en-suite bathroom, panoramic windows, and plenty of closet space. There is also an additional bedroom and bathroom in the ADU. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, working desk and sitting area.
In the basement, you'll find two queen, and twin bunk bedrooms with a working desk. The sofa in the main living room can accommodate 2 more guests, while the day bed in the lower-level living room can fold into two twin beds for 2 additional guests.

When you stay here, you'll be right in the heart of Mercer Island (1 mile to I-90 and 6 miles to downtown Seattle and downtown Bellevue). You're also within walking distance (1/2 miles) of multiple parks, including Mercerdale Park, Homestead Filed, and Clise Park, as well as numerous grocery stores like Metropolitan Market and QFC. But if you prefer eating out, there are several shops, coffee shops, and restaurants located several blocks away. If your stay is over the weekend, don't forget to check out Mercer Island Farmers Market open between 10AM-3PM on Sunday. From the home, there are also several public beaches within a 1-mile radius (Calkins Point Sand Beach is a local favorite).Amenities

House Rules
1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.
2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. An additional fee of $20 per unregistered guest per day will apply.
3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony.
4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
5- No pets or animals are allowed due to the owners’ allergies.
* Violations of these guidelines may incur a charge of $500, and guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.
6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building
*Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.
7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement.
8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost.
9- Check out procedure:
-Run the dishwasher if needed.
-Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin.
-Turn off all the lights.
Close and lock all windows and doors
10-Two parking lots: Street parking and Garage.
11- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you.
12- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee.

Special Notes
1- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.
2- Street parking can be a little tricky. 2 parking spots on the driveway is dedicated for guests.
3- No central AC
4- Kids amenity includes booster chair and kids dinnerware. No toys.
