Living & Dining

As one of the best rooms in the house, the open living and dining room is the perfect space for entertaining. Grab a spot on the plush sofa in front of the TV, curl up with a good book by the window, or chat with friends around the table while the fireplace crackles in the background. This space also opens up to the sunny deck outdoors, where you can enjoy lush forest views of the backyard.

Besides the breakfast area in the main living space, there's also a separate formal dining room attached to the kitchen. An additional living space is also located on the lower floor, as well as a yoga/exercise room.

In the basement, you'll find two queen, and twin bunk bedrooms with a working desk. The sofa in the main living room can accommodate 2 more guests, while the day bed in the lower-level living room can fold into two twin beds for 2 additional guests.

Access

Guest will have access to the main house only. The guest suite in ADU is rented separately

Notes

1- The guest suite attached to the main house is rented separately. There may be another group of guest during your stay.

2- There is only 1 bathroom in the master suite on the first floor.

3- Street parking can be a little tricky. 2 parking spots on the driveway is dedicated for guests.

4- No central AC

HouseRules

1- No parties/events.

2- No unregistered guests.

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

3- No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything inside or on the balcony, including candles or incense.

4- No animals: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not allow any animals.

5- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of 1-5 will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

6- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any repair/replacement and/or excess cleaning costs.

7- Check out procedure:

- Return all kitchen items to their original location you found or follow existing labeling.

- Run the dishwasher if needed.

- Collect all your trash and recycle and deposit them in the outside bins.

- Turn off all lights and turn the thermostat to 50

- Close and lock all the windows and doors.

8- If you forget personal belongings and request the host to ship them back, it will be $50 plus the actual shipping cost.

9- Parking is on the driveway or street

10- No access to the mailbox. Please, rent a PO box or have your Amazon order delivered to a nearby Amazon lockbox. A request for opening the unit mailbox will cost $50 per occurrence.
