You will feel immediately relaxed when you enter this 580 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor of a classic 1957-built Seattle building. It is beautifully decorated with soothing coastal blue and refreshing lime green tones throughout the main living area. A mix of different stylish lighting fixtures is to set the perfect moods and ambiance. The king size memory foam mattress and blackout curtains in the bedroom promises many restful nights. Shared laundry facilities are available in the building 2nd fl as well as a roof top deck with breathtaking views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill. With walk score of 98, the apartment is centrally located where Capitol Hill meets Downtown Seattle. Access

Guests have access to the entire condo unit and amenities of the secured-entry building including:

1- Pool Table and TV Lounge are on the first floor next to the lobby. Access can arranged with the concierge.

2- Rooftop deck offering great views of Seattle and a seating area. You will need your Key Fob to access the rooftop. Hours are 7am-10pm.

3- Shared laundry facility on the 2nd floor

4- Trash and recycle on the 4th floor (outside through Exit door). Key Fob is needed to get back in.

Parking is NOT included with this condo, though there is often availability at nearby lots or at the metered curb. 1- Freeway Park Garage: Entrance: On Hubbell Place, between Pike & Seneca Streets 2-Washington State Convention Main Garage Entrance: On 8th Avenue, between Pike & Seneca Streets The area is well served by Uber and Lyft, is 5 blocks from light rail at Westlake Station to the airport and UW, and is just one block to the nearest bus stop.

Notes

1- The condo is conveniently located in an urban environment and guests may hear noise and traffic from the streets below as would be the case in most large cities. From our experience, disruption is minimal, particularly when the windows are closed, but every guest may be different

2- Parking is not included. There are are limited street parking in front of the building or overnight parking in WA state Convention parking garages.

3- Each unit is equipped with an individual heating control knob; however, the maximum temperature is regulated by the building's HOA. We provide a portable heater for your comfort.

****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Interaction With Guests

The building is secured, therefore, we will communicate with you about check in. Please, inform us your arrival time 72 hours before your check in day and any change or update on the day of arrival.

HouseRules

1- Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

2- No parties/events.

3- No unregistered guests

** Unregistered guests are non-reservation individuals who gain access to the premises.

4- No smoking, vaping, or burning of anything (including candles or incense) inside.

5- No pets allowed.

6- No excessive noise that disturbs neighbors. Quiet Hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.

Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $200 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund.

7- Failure to leave the apartment key or building fob at check out will result in a $100 charge per item.

8- Check out procedure:

- Wash dishes or run the dishwasher if needed

- Leave 2 sets of keys and fobs in the desk's drawer

- Press the checkout button at the door to inform us.

- Close the door on your way out.

9- If you forget anything and would like us to ship it back, it is a $50 charge plus shipping cost.

10- Excess cleaning and damage/loss: You will be charged for any damage or excess cleaning cost
