The space

This space is the upper unit of a newly remodelled duplex. Large windows drawing natural light into every room in the house makes the 950 sq ft space bright and airy.

Living, Dining, and Kitchen
The main living space has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room. The cabinets are stocked with everything you need to cook meals (cutlery, glasses, cookware, kids dishes, wine glasses etc.). A comfortable and cozy living area is also located in the same room facing an 70″ TV.

Guests have access to the entire upper unit

 

Other things to note

1- There are a few exterior steps to the front door and an interior stairs to the unit.
2- The unit is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time
3- The unit is part of a duplex so there is another group of guests downstairs in the lower unit.
4- Please park on your designated parking spots: 2 spots on the right side of the house. The left parking spots are reserved for the lower unit.
5- No washer and dryer
6- No access to thermostat as there is only 1 located downstairs. We provide extra space heathers and fans.
7- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard. We are in the process of fixing them up.
